The main kitchen sink line was rodded multiple times so its no t a issue with the drainage out the unit. The problem is when the dishwasher in unit#2 runs, unit # 1 i s getting water from above. We had the tenant in unit #2 run the kitchen sink water and e verything is fine but when techs leave the next morning its wa ter in the kitchen area in unit # 1 we leave a bucket but it's not enough to catch the water which means it has to be the dishw asher. The plumber needed to check and discuss the piping configur ation in unit #2.
