Apply rubberized caulking to all flashing, chimneys, vent pipes, exhaust vents etc. Apply rubberized caulking along counter flashing. Apply rubberized caulking around skylights. Nail down all pop-up nails and apply rubberized caulking to prevent water intrusion. Nail down all metal turtle vents and caulk nails with rubberized caulking. Nail back any counter flashing that have WorkOrder#: pulled away from wall. Clean roof and gutter free of all debris Reattach gutters back to fascia boards by installing gutter hangers . Install up to 30 gutter hangers with the screw 24360 to prevent gutters from pulling away from the fascia board. Nail back all gutter spikes. Warranty: 1 year Price includes labor
