ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS: 1.2 PREMISES Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, certain premises (“Premises”) located at: 665 Chapman St. Edwardsville, IL 62025 Together with such personal property and furnishings Washer / Dryer Combo, Electric Cooktop, Electric Oven, Refrigerator, and Dishwasher as are set forth here: 1.3 TERM This paragraph shall bind the parties to a fixed lease term commencing on 01/16/2023 , and terminating at 12:00 PM on 01/31/2024 ("Term"). 1.4 RENT Tenant agrees to pay an amount (“Monthly Rent”) of: $1,750.00 per month, payable in advance on the 1st day of each month during the Term of this Lease.
