All repairs must be done in accordance with the Summit County Building Code with necessary permits. Consult a licensed electrical contractor to have the necessary work performed. 2. Provide screening for all doorways and windows opening directly from a dwelling unit to outdoor space. 3. Have existing plumbing fixtures and appurtenances put in a good state of repair. 4. Repair walls and ceilings where necessary. 5. Repair / replace gutters and downspouts in an approved manner. 6. Have exterior doors and windows made weather-tight & put in a good state of repair. 7. Repair or replace siding and trim where necessary. 8. Clean and properly protect all exterior structural surfaces by painting or use of other approved protective covering. 9. Clean exterior siding. 10. Tuckpoint foundation. 11. Remove tree growing against foundation. 12. Remove garbage/rubbish/refuse from the premises. (COMPLY IMMEDIATELY) 13.
