12/2/24 To: LOFTY HOLDING 3850 W 17TH STREET DAO LLC In regards to 3850 w 17th Unit 2. We have had more struggles than expected on the property. Between the electric and fire damage needing to be inspected, we were caught off guard. After placing a tenant, we have mutually agreed to end her lease, and refund payment in full.
