A section of wires needs to be replaced and also the breaker most probably needs to be replaced. That should solve the electrical problem. Replace brunt wires breaker box Replace 20 feet of wires in attic ( wire insulation was melted from excessive heat) and the breaker in electric panel. Next day tenant called us for no WorkOrder#: power again, we were there and one outlet had a short because of overloading with too many consumers plugged in.
