Returns must be filed each quarter even if a tax is not due. Supporting documentation must be submitted with your return. Line 1. TOT Gross Receipts - The total consideration (rent) charged to the transient (guest) for accommodations Line 2. Airbnb Adjustment - Total Gross Earnings from Airbnb Line 3. Vrbo Adjustment - Total Gross Earnings for bookings made on or after 2/1/2024 Line 4.
