This roof is not up to the code right now there are visible holes that can be noticed from outside. Repair is not any permanent solution here. We sent out two expert roofers both of them suggested this roof replacement. So, we are providing estimate for approx. 2400 sq ft of roof replacement. This is a multi-layer roof.
