These code violations were of such a severe nature that the building was tagged unfit for occupancy and may not be reoccupied until all repairs have been made, inspected, and approved by this office. Failure to have the property inspected and approved before being reoccupied will result in a citation(s) being issued, significant penalties billed, and the property being re-tagged and ordered vacated within seven (7) days of the date occupancy was verified.
