Dear Investors, I would like to provide an update regarding the rent-to-own contract. It has always been our intention to activate this contract, and it was communicated that the property had a shortterm loan requiring refinancing. This strategy was approved through a vote, and the refinancing was successfully completed last month. During the recent challenges faced by Yhome, I chose to remain patient and observe developments. Throughout this period, I continued to work diligently, and the rent-to-own tenant signed the letter of intent, which was shared with all of you. Regrettably, the contract has now been terminated by a governance vote, and the property has been taken over by the DAO, along with all associated responsibilities and liens. As the tenant is now classified as a standard tenant, I will be sending all relevant documents to you and to the newly elected property manager. Additionally, I want to highlight the following financial details: the outstanding payment is $2,161.01 (escrowed), along with $129.49 for Sunnova solar and $131.79 for the Sunnova roof.
