Pricing includes charges for labour and materials. In case the Owner rejects the estimate provided by B2B and chooses to complete the repairs on their own or through their own directly-hired vendor, an Outside Vendor Fee will apply and be charged to the Owner. Additional charges, deviation, or emergency repairs must be approved in writing by Owner. Contractor certifies having proper insurance coverage to carry out the project.
